If you are serious about gaining clarity and achieving your career goal, we will support you with a personalised action plan that is tailored to your situation and goals, and design a roadmap to help you make it happen.

Our Career Coaches collaborate with you to achieve your goals. Via the action plan, they support you to make an informed decision about what step to take next. When obstacles and barriers arise, your coach will help you to implement a solution-orientated approach so that you do not lose sight of your goals.

Do you seek a career change but lack direction and do not know where to start?

If you are not sure which path to follow, collaborate with your career coach to explore options, and assess which roles you are suited for. We start with the ‘why’ of making a career change. The coaching sessions will focus your effort on ‘what’ your new career path will look like and support you to make an informed decision. We implement strategies with an action plan on ‘What steps you need to take’. Clear steps and time frames are put into place to build your confidence, motivation, and momentum. We don’t stop there. We will review your progress and fine tune it with additional steps to further support you to reach your goal.

Would you like to explore alternative career paths?

Life usually does not follow the path that we expect. There will be times when you need to repivot due to circumstances. These can be personal (such as family commitments or ill health that affects you or a family member), or professional (such as a lack of job opportunities, or retrenchment, or even a situation where your current role may not allow you to utilise your best skills). These are all valid reasons to explore alternate career paths.
