What is the most important driver of successful organizational transformation?
Organizations need continuous transformation and new ways of doing things that shape the success of the environment. Leaders drive workforce transformation through development, focusing on behavior, mindsets, and personal growth. With thecompetition for talent, organizations must create a continual learning culture to attract and retain the best employees.
There are new opportunities and challenges for businesses. I am inspired by the words of an entrepreneur I follow and respect, Stu McLaren, who says that the value of content is decreasing with ChatGPT and other generative AI tools. Information is scattered, sources are confusing, and individuals are overloaded. Content is no longer king.
