Main Courses
The ‘full’ courses are comprehensive programs that range from 6-8 hours of learning. The main courses cover a range of themes that include:

The courses are written to a theme that provides in-depth training that covers the knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the topic. Time is allocated to explore the topic in detail with the opportunity to implement the knowledge and skills.
Each course consists of topics related to the course with theory and activities to apply the knowledge and skills in the workplace or life.
Micro Courses
These are derived from the main ‘full’ course on one specific narrowed topic. The micro-courses are focused courses to enable the participant to learn knowledge and skills content. Course durations are approximately two (2) hours. The micro-courses are stackable micro-credentials that are accessible and efficient as learners dive in and out of the learning resources.
Specialty Courses
Specialty courses are on a unique theme based on a particular need to suit specific learning requirements that are career or lifestyle focused. Courses are full/main courses with in-depth training covering knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The approach of the specialist courses is the same as the main courses; however, the topics differ.
The specialty courses cover a range of themes that include:
