Just like most young adults of today, Leah received very little career education and professional support throughout her school and tertiary studies. It is something that is so essential for a good career, yet, isn’t covered in our academic system. This led to some career choices that were not fulfilling in the long run. Unwilling to settle for an ‘OK’ career, Leah took them as learning experiences to visualise and plan her goals, navigate challenges, and become successful.

Fiona Wainrit is a Career Coach who has been featured in The Age.
Her biggest passion in life is empowering people to achieve their personal and professional goals. Having experienced her own career transitions, Fiona has learned valuable lessons first-hand along the way and this gives her the ability to truly understand what you are going through.
Working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Professional Career Coach has allowed her to share and teach others from her personal experiences, thus, enabling her clients to attract, develop & retain top talent.

Having gained extensive experience in talent management (including hiring staff in search firms and internally within organisations) has given Fiona a deep understanding of what Hiring Managers are looking for in a candidate. She keeps her industry knowledge up to date by conducting regular talent sourcing projects and enjoys being challenged with hard-to-fill roles. As a coaching client, this allows her to get the latest advice around CV trends and the current job market.

Having helped over 1,000 individuals make positive progress in their careers, Fiona loves her role at Careers Coaching and Training, and has a keen interest in neuropsychology and brain-based coaching.
For over 15 years, Jenni has been a Career Development Practitioner that has been involved in all life stages of career development. Her work spans from school and university programs, through all aspects of adult employment and executive coaching, and even retirement planning.
Her career transition from education to career development came from a deep belief that everyone has the right to experience a sense of purpose, fulfillment and self-respect in their work lives.
Jenni’s efforts have been recognised and for three consecutive years, she has been awarded the Australian Career Service Award for Career Education for programs that she had initiated and implemented.
One of Jenni’s projects involved the provision of all the pre-redundancy career counselling, coaching and workshops on behalf of the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training and the Department of State Development, to assist a large mining business that was being closed due to a government decision.
She has also provided executive coaching services for clients of her own business, and for staff at Coca Cola Amatil. Jenni was one of the 12 Career Development Practitioners chosen to provide “Where the Jobs are” workshops on behalf of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, to stakeholders in regional industry, local government, job care providers and education around Australia.
With over half a dozen diplomas, degrees, and professional qualifications (including a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Career Development) to supplement her experience, Jenni is perfectly equipped to help you navigate your career challenges and achieve your goals.
She is also a Fellow Member of Career Development Association of Australia, a past President of the Queensland CDAA, and a past National Executive member of the Career Development Association of Australia.

He has a long history in financial management and administration with over 15 years’ experience working with a range of clients. He also provides training in the major accounting software.
For over 20 years, he also successfully owned and operated a retail business. He has strong customer service skills and is passionate about assisting his clients to attain the utmost satisfaction.
Henry has a Diploma of Business (Accounting) and his qualifications include a certification for Xero Accounting and he is also a certified BAS Agent.
Himanshu is an eCommerce pioneer and a parallel entrepreneur currently focused on building an ecosystem for nurturing innovation, incubating, and accelerating digitally-enabled businesses worldwide. His expertise includes leveraging deep insights, cost leadership, the creative building of SaaS (Software as a Service) and BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) solutions. Himanshu emphasises execution precision and speed. He redefines price performance and in the process, he has created many firsts in the market. He has been cited in several academic journals, been featured in mainstream newspapers and magazines, and has been an active contributor at industry symposiums and seminars.
